The unique dumbbell shape (or "peanut" design) is highly ergonomic for two reasons:

How do I charge the ZenVibe™?
Charging your ZenVibe™ is simple and convenient:
1. Locate the USB-C port.
2. Plug in the included USB-C charging cord to the device, and connect the other end to any standard USB power source (such as a wall adapter, laptop, or power bank). Feel free to add-on our in-house wall adapter
3. The indicator light will signal when charging is in progress, and turn solid when the battery is full.
What kind of packaging does the ZenVibe™ come in? Is it suitable for gifting?
ZenVibe™ currently ships in a durable, neat, snug-fit cardboard box. This fit-to-size packaging is designed to be highly secure during transit, minimise waste, and ensure your device arrives in perfect condition.

Should I roll or just hold it still?

Can I apply heat gel (or cream/lotion) directly onto the ZenVibe™ before use?
We recommend against applying gels or creams directly to the device. While safe to use on skin that has product, applying creams directly to the roller can risk degrading the material, making the surface slippery (creating a safety hazard), or seeping into the internal electronics and causing damage.
Best Practice: Apply a thin layer of gel to your skin, allow it to slightly absorb, and then use the ZenVibe™. Always clean the device's surface with a damp cloth after use to maintain the material integrity.
Is the ZenVibe™ safe for children or teens to use for muscle recovery?
The ZenVibe™ is safe for most users, including teenagers and young athletes, but always requires adult supervision for individuals under the age of 18.
Due to the sensitivity of growing muscles and bones, we strongly recommend: 1) Starting on the lowest vibration setting.2) Applying minimal body weight and pressure.
